SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES
We work hard here at NexStep Nutrition to find the best balance between low pricing and fast shipping, which can be a challenge with today's high shipping and warehousing costs. The information below explains our order processing and shipping procedures in more detail.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We maintain a small warehouse where we keep significant inventory of our best selling items. These items usually ship within 24 hours of order placement, and are marked on each individual product page as "Usually ships the same business day".
We offer thousands of other products which we order in daily from our supplier as needed, and this keeps our costs and pricing as low as possible. These items usually ship within 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays) of order placement, and are marked on each individual product page as "Usually ships within 2-3 business days".
On the rare occasion that a backordered item is ordered, we will notify you within 48 hours if we anticipate the backorder to be longer than 3 business days.
SHIPPING:
Our Standard Shipping is Priority Mail (up to 3 lbs.). We have a flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 for up to $50, and free shipping for orders $50 and more. Most packages over 3 lbs. will be shipped UPS Ground.
We also offer UPS 3 Day Air shipping. Processing times remain the same, please check the individual product pages for estimated days until shipment.
Please make sure that you provide us with both a good USPS address and a good UPS address if these are different.
If you order a stocked item and a non-stocked item, we will hold the stocked item until the order is complete and can ship to you.
We reserve the right to modify the above shipping procedures if we feel for some reason that your order will arrive faster. It is also possible for some items to be shipped separately if we feel that your order will arrive faster.

SHIPPING:
NexStepNutrition.com ships to over 30 countries and does not assume responsibility for orders shipped outside of the United States. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all risks for lost, stolen, delayed or impounded orders.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check with your particular customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. We are not responsible if the customs department seizes the product shipment.
Once your package arrives you may be required to pay import taxes to both the country and local province. Any additional charges must be paid by you.
Due to International laws and laws here in the US, we will state the full value of the shipment not including shipping charges on the customs declaration. We will indicate the quantity of items along with a description of "Nutritional Supplements".
Here are brief summaries of our International shipping methods. Please note that the number of shipping days is an estimate only.
USPS First Class International (21-32 business days) Pricing is based on total weight and distance. Tracking is NOT provided. This option is only available for shipments weighing less than 4 lbs. This is the most economical International shipping, but the delivery time can be longer and we will not be able to tell you when your package will arrive.
USPS Priority International (6-12 business days) Pricing is based on total weight and distance. Tracking is provided. Please make sure you choose this option if you would like to be able to track your shipment.
