RETURN POLICY
We have carefully selected and reviewed products featured on the NexStep Nutrition website and we believe the products we offer are of the highest quality and potency available. For these reasons we are happy to offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased at NexStepNutrition.com in any way, simply return the unopened product within 30 days for a full refund of the product purchase. Item(s) must be received by NexStep Nutrition within 30 days of original order ship date as many products have a certain shelf life. Shipping charges are not refundable, and if originally purchased with free shipping a charge of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Opened products are not eligible for returns, as many manufacturers will not approve such returns. All products must be in the original factory sealed container for a refund and product manufacturers making specific guarantee claims must be contacted directly.
